In general, unused goods may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

Defective or damaged-in-box items can be exchanged for the same or (at our discretion) a comparable item of equal or greater value. Items that we can not replace or substitute may be refunded.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods, such as but not limited to: food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Products that are sanitary goods or other personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids and gases.
  • Items designed to contain flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Made to order items, such as, but not limited to, mixed paint, cut rope, cut wire, cut chain or cut pipe.
  • Pre-ordered / special order items
  • Items sold by the pallet or ton.

Time Restriction

Items must have been purchased within the last thirty (30) days to be eligible for return or exchange.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of return to be eligible for return or exchange.

Item Condition

Items must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that it was purchased to be eligible for return.

Items with opened packaging may be eligible for a partial refund. Please see below for the full policy.

Shipping Returns

Before returning an item by mail, you must have a valid return authorization. Items received without prior authorization may not be refunded. Items must be shipped back no later than thirty (30) days from the date delivered.
You will be asked to self-evaluate the condition of the item to be unused, in its original packaging with no signs of use. Failure to properly identify an item as used will result in the return being rejected. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

If an item meets the above requirements, a refund of the full purchase amount plus tax will be refunded to you. If you have shipped your return, refunds will not be processed until the item is received and inspected.

Cash refunds can only be conducted in-person at the store.

Credit and debit card refunds may take several days to appear back in your account. If you do not see your refund, first contact your bank to check that it is not pending. If you do not see your refund after seven (7) business days please contact our customer support to resolve the issue.

Partial Refunds

At our discretion, exceptions may be made for returns. No exceptions will be made for non-returnable items.
Partial refunds may be made for items that have been opened or are outside of the allowed time frame. Items must be returned with the original packaging, with all parts present. Products that show signs of use will not be accepted.
